Custom-scoped store work

A store project
built around the details.

For a business launching an online store or an owner who needs support with an existing one. The right scope depends on what you sell, how orders are handled, and which tools are already in place.

Custom-scoped store workBy scopeScope and price agreed before starting

Product counts, content, variants, integrations, payment setup, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, revisions, and ongoing updates are defined before starting. You own the domain and accounts; client-specific subscriptions are paid directly by you.

Store setup or improvements

A defined build or improvement project on the agreed platform. We review the current tools, required features, content, and launch responsibilities.

Product and catalog work

Agreed product, collection, or catalog tasks with a clear product count and asset plan. You confirm descriptions, pricing, imagery, and the business facts.

The order process

Discuss payments, inventory, fulfillment, and the steps customers follow. We define which setup work is included and which daily tasks remain with your team.

Scoped ongoing support

Additional store management or updates can be agreed separately. We set the work, owner, access, support window, and recurring responsibilities.

A practical starting point

Built and operated
by us, too.

Alongside Word of Mouth Online, we run Tranquil Coffee Roasters in Estero. We built and operate its online store, so we know the work continues after the site is published.

Explore our own store.

Tranquil is our own coffee business, not a client result or a promise about your sales. Visit the live store to see one example, then tell us what your products and operations need.

E-commerce & store support questions.

Is an online store included in the $1,500 website offer?

E-commerce is separately scoped. The price depends on the platform, product count, required features, content, integrations, and ongoing support. We agree on that work before quoting.

Can you improve a store I already have?

Yes, we can discuss your existing store, access, and the work needed. A full replacement is not automatically required.

Who handles shipping and customer service?

Those responsibilities must be defined before work begins. A website build does not automatically include daily fulfillment, inventory administration, refunds, or customer service.

Who owns the store and pays platform fees?

You own the domain and business accounts. Client-specific software subscriptions and platform costs are paid directly by you. We clarify setup, access, fees, and ongoing support in the agreed scope.
